Other information such as e-mail addresses will only be used by the Biocontrol Coalition to contact you about our activities and will not be published or shared with third parties.

No Financial Obligation: Signing this letter does not constitute a financial commitment. Any financial contribution or membership fee is subject to separate terms and agreements.

Voluntary Participation: The Supporter acknowledges that their participation and support are voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. However, the Supporter agrees to notify The Biocontrol Coalition in writing if they wish to retract their support and have their details removed from all materials.

Compliance with Laws: The Supporter agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their support and promotion of The Biocontrol Coalition's aims, ensuring that their actions do not contravene any legal standards or obligations.

No Endorsement: The Supporter understands that their support does not imply any endorsement by The Biocontrol Coalition of the Supporter's individual or organisational practices, nor does it imply the Supporter's endorsement of all actions taken by The Biocontrol Coalition, except those specifically related to the aims outlined in the pledge.

Data Protection: The Supporter agrees to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by The Biocontrol Coalition for the purpose of listing their support and communicating relevant information related to the coalition's activities. The Biocontrol Coalition commits to protecting the Supporter's personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to Terms: The Biocontrol Coalition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued support after such changes constitutes the Supporter's agreement to the new terms.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Biocontrol Coalition is based (Belgium), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
